Who We Are
Our Story
Bigfish117 Ministries was raised up to take the Gospel to the streets — following in the footsteps of the open-air preachers who have gone before us.
Our Mission
We exist to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ — in churches, on the streets, and in every community God opens the door to. We believe every person, regardless of their circumstances, age, rich or poor, man or woman, boy or girl must hear the message of hope, grace, and eternal salvation in Jesus Christ. Founded in 2004 the ministry and mission of evangelist and pastor Carole Anne Cole - Born Again 02/12/2002 Hallelujah!
From the man sleeping rough in a doorway to the congregation gathered on a Sunday morning — the message is the same: repent and believe the Gospel. Christ died for sinners. There is forgiveness and new life in Him.
Our Vision
"To see lives changed by the power of the Gospel — salvation for every person, in our local community & UK cities and towns"
Our Values
The Gospel First
We hold to the old Gospel — the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ for sinners. Nothing added, nothing taken away. The power of GOD in Christ to save, heal, liberate and resurrect life eternally
Open-Air Boldness
We believe in taking the Word to where people are — the high street, the market square, the park — as preachers have done for centuries. The heart of the gospel is mission and Spirit filled mission
Compassion for the Lost
We serve the homeless and the marginalised not just with words but with practical care — food outreaches, open house and street work locally, because the Gospel is shown as well as spoken.
Faithfulness
Week in, week out — we are here to serve our Saviour. Not for numbers or recognition, but because the Lord has called us and the harvest is still plentiful.
